When: Became 2 in 2014, became our own farmers in 2018, became 3 in 2020
Why: To provide an affordable healthy option to the community while providing high-end produce to enhance a dining experience
We both grew up with agriculture and wanted to put it in use for ourselves. The property we found called to us in 2014. Four years later, a raised garden was created as an anniversary present. Starting with a survival kit of seeds, I started to experiment in the dirt. After some success, we were asked if we could grow a few things for a local restaurant, we tried and failed so many times, but we figured out the best plants to grow here on this particular property.
As we grow in size and diversity, our plants evolve with the needs of local chefs. There’s nothing better than fresh, naturally grown vegetables and fruit, so we aim to provide the best for our customers.
